Russian missile kills 14 and injures around 50 in Odessa


March 15 (Reuters) – A Russian ballistic missile strike killed at least 14 people and injured nearly 50 in Odessa, southern Ukraine, the regional governor said on Friday.

Among the victims were at least one doctor and one rescuer who had gone to the site after an initial bombing, he added.

Odessa, which is home to important Ukrainian port infrastructure, has been the target of Russian bombings almost daily since Moscow denounced last year the agreement on Ukrainian grain exports via the Black Sea concluded under the auspices of the United Nations. and Turkey.
