MOSCOW, Aug 12 (Reuters) – Russia’s National Settlement Depository (NSD) payment agency has filed a complaint with the Court of Justice of the European Union (EU) to overturn the sanctions imposed on it, the country said on Friday. the body responsible for depositing financial securities traded in Russia.
The EU added the NSD, which Moscow planned to use to service the country’s Eurobonds, to its list of sanctioned entities in June.
