A petition from his hometown of Vancouver calls for a street to be named after Ryan Reynolds. The actor doesn't think so.

Ryan Reynolds (44) apparently doesn't want Vancouver residents to drive on a street named after him. The "Deadpool" star responded with a nice rejection of a petition that called for exactly that. "Very friendly, but definitely not", Reynolds tweeted. "When the traffic sucks, everyone will say, 'Ryan Reynolds is a mess' or 'Ryan Reynolds is really tight'. My brothers would enjoy that too much."

The "Change.org" petition was started by the Canadian radio show "The Kevin and Sonia Show with Tara Jean". It states that "the town's favorite son," Ryan Reynolds, deserves to have a street (or at least an alley) named after him. "It is time." Not only did the actor win the hearts of residents on the big screen, his charitable work also deserves recognition.

Hollywood star helps with donations

Reynolds was born in Vancouver in 1976 and made a career in Hollywood. Together with his wife Blake Lively (33), he has just donated $ 500,000 to an organization that works for homeless young people in Canada.
