(CercleFinance.com) – Ryanair today launched its 23/24 winter program for Cork with 23 routes, including 5 new routes to Barcelona, Fuerteventura, Paris, Seville and Treviso, and increased frequencies on 6 other routes ( Faro, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Malaga, Rome and Tenerife).
Ryanair will base 1 new B737 aircraft in Cork, (three in total) for winter 23/24 – an additional investment of $100 million creating over 30 new jobs for pilots, cabin crew and engineers.
According to the company, Cork Airport should fully return to pre-Covid traffic this year, two years earlier than expected.
