Ryanair: UBS lowers its price target

(CercleFinance.com) – UBS confirms its purchase advice on the stock but lowers its price target to 24 E (compared to 26.5 E) which still represents an upside potential of 34%.

‘We are adjusting our forecasts after the results for the year 2024, which leads to significant downgrades,’ indicates the analysis office.

For its new 2024/2025 financial year, Ryanair said it expects traffic growth of 8%, between 198 and 200 million passengers, while conditioning its objective on future deliveries of Boeing aircraft.

Although it mentions ‘limited’ visibility, the carrier declared itself ‘cautiously optimistic’ regarding the evolution of its prices, predicting stable prices, or even a slight increase, during the summer season after the record levels released on the second half of the past financial year.
