The Zen 4 architecture and the resulting processors will soon be detailed by Lisa Su, with PCI Express 5.0 and DDR5 at stake.

For several days already, various rumors have fanned the surprise. AMD confirms, however, that it will indeed organize an event on August 29 and 30 to present ” all the details around the latest Zen 4 architecture that drives the next AMD Ryzen processors “.

No launch date mentioned

This presentation will be given by the head of AMD in person, Lisa Su, as well as by the technical manager of the group, Mark Papermaster, and other representatives. In particular, the integration of PCI Express 5.0 and DDR5 through the AM5 platform will be discussed.

AMD gives us an appointment on Monday, August 29 at 7 p.m. PT, which gives Tuesday, August 30 at 1 a.m. PT. The presentation will be streamed live on AMD’s YouTube channel, and the replay will be available a few hours after the event’s conclusion.
