S22 interesting for influencers: This is the big advantage of Instagram and Co.

The Unpacked event is over and Samsung has finally officially presented us with the new Samsung Galaxy S22 models. The flagships are technically up to date and, above all, offer better cameras. During the presentation, a collaboration with Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok was also announced, which is really interesting for influencers.

  • Samsung works with social media platforms
  • You can use night mode and telephoto camera lenses directly in Instagram, TikTok and Co. in the future
  • This is not possible with many other smartphones

In a world where influencers earn as much as a movie star, Samsung has a clever plan with the new Galaxy S22 series. In a collaboration with Snapchat, TikTok and Instagram, Samsung announced yesterday that some of the new camera features will be native to the social media apps.

Instagram fans in particular should look forward to the new camera options. Because the improved night mode digitally improves pictures that you take under poor lighting conditions. The whole thing is made possible by the new processors in the smartphones. You can also use the polished zoom function including optical telephoto camera lens in the basic models in selected social media apps.

Digital bokeh also natively supported

In addition to improved photo features, Samsung also unlocks interesting video functions for apps like TikTok. For example, the digital video bokeh, which is a bit reminiscent of the cinema mode in the iPhone 13, can be used without detours.

Other functions such as autofocus, Super HDR and digital image stabilization will also be usable directly in the social media apps. It is not yet clear whether Samsung will expand the offer to other social media platforms such as Facebook or Weibo. However, with Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok, the largest providers on the western market have already been covered.
