Safran: CFM confirms the purchase of 112 engines by easyJet


(CercleFinance.com) – CFM announces that easyJet has extended its agreement for the purchase of LEAP1A engines, intended to power the 56 Airbuses of the A320neo family.

Delivery of these aircraft is scheduled between 2026 and 2028, bringing the total number of easyJet orders for the A320neo Family to 227.

Prior to this announcement, easyJet had an outstanding order book for 113 LEAP engines powering the A320neo Family, which has been increased to 169 future deliveries between now and December 2028.
