Safran: Deutsche Bank raises its price target

(CercleFinance.com) – Deutsche Bank announced on Friday that it had revised upwards its price target from 190 to 208 euros on Safran, anticipating ‘solid dynamics’ in terms of activity in the first quarter.

While the aeronautical equipment manufacturer will publish its quarterly turnover on April 26, DB says it expects turnover growth of 17%, with a positive contribution from all businesses.

The group should also confirm its annual objectives, continues the research office, which indicates that it anticipates encouraging comments concerning both the spare parts market and the operating margin.

Deutsche – which remains to be ‘keep’ – justifies its target increase by the increased contribution of the increased valuation of GE Aerospace in the propulsion businesses.
