(CercleFinance.com) – TCI Fund Management Limited, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, told the AMF that on November 11 it crossed the threshold of 5% of Safran’s capital following an acquisition of shares on the market.
The declarant specified that he held, on behalf of said clients and funds, 21,386,096 Safran shares representing 34,860,766 voting rights, i.e. 5.01% of the capital and 6.35% of the voting rights of the high-tech group for the aeronautics and security.
