A new episode to come. A cloud of sand from the Sahara could again sweep mainland France next week. Indeed, a wind from the south laden with sand is expected from Tuesday 12 April.
Nevertheless, the phenomenon should be less strong than on March 15, when the sky had turned orange in a large part of the country.
With the establishment of a powerful southerly flow ahead of a low pressure area plunging over Spain, the rising dust from #sand of #Sahara promise to be important again next week on the #France.

This is a new episode called “sirocco”. As Futura Science reports, this stormy wind blowing over the Sahara will propel the desert sand into the atmosphere and will travel throughout France.
This episode will also be accompanied by a rise in temperatures, with 20°C throughout the territory. However, the rain will follow, making the roads sandy.
