“An order prohibiting the child from leaving the territory has been taken”, specified to Agence France-Presse the deputy public prosecutor of Saint-Étienne, André Merle, who entrusted to the departmental security of the Loire a preliminary investigation for “removal of a child from the authority to which he was entrusted”.
A man was arrested and taken into custody, said a source close to the investigation. According to the latter, it would be a close relation of the couple.
