(CercleFinance.com) – Saint-Gobain announced on Monday the finalization of the acquisition of Termica San Luis, an Argentinian stone wool specialist, an operation aimed at strengthening its presence in the country.
The French building materials group points out that Termica San Luis is a family business with more than 70 years of experience in the insulation market.
A pioneer in the production of stone wool in Argentina, the company is now the main producer.
Termica San Luis employs 40 people on a site located in the province of San Luis, all of whom will join the 800 employees that Saint-Gobain already has in Argentina.
