SAINT-GOBAIN SALES A SPECIALIZED DISTRIBUTION ACTIVITY IN GREAT BRITAIN
PARIS (Reuters) – Saint-Gobain announced on Thursday that it had signed agreements to sell its specialist tile distribution business in the United Kingdom to Aurelius Investments.
The group also indicates in a press release that it will sell Ideal Bathrooms, its last distribution brand specializing in plumbing, heating and sanitary products across the Channel.
Financial details of the two transactions were not disclosed.
Saint-Gobain hopes to finalize the first transaction by the end of the first quarter of 2022. The finalization of the second transaction is scheduled for April 2022.
