(AOF) – Saint-Gobain announces that it has entered into an agreement to acquire a majority share of Imptek Chova d’El Ecuador, a leading player in the construction chemicals market in Ecuador, providing solutions innovative and differentiated sealing solutions. This is Saint-Gobain’s first industrial establishment in the country. The finalization of the transaction is subject to authorization from the competition authorities and is expected to take place in the first half of 2024.
