- Visual Effect – Black and White: Puts the world in black and white.
- Visual Effect – Night Vision: Adds a green effect and grainy texture, as if you were wearing night vision goggles.
- Visual Effect – Film Noir: Gives an old silent movie vibe. Also adds dust specks and frame skips.
- Visual Effect – Retro: Adds a slight pixelation to the world. For a little 80s effect.
- Visual Effect – Vaporwave: Adds a pink-purple filter to the world. Very stylish at night.
- Visual effect – Sepia: like in the old photos of the Wild West. Yiha!
- Visual Effect – Steamboat Willie: It’s… Steamboat Willie. A film noir effect with soft music and ridiculous animations…over everything. It’s just ridiculous. You will see.
- Weather – Clear Sky: Instantly eliminates clouds in the sky.
- Weather – Sandstorm: Spawns a sandstorm.
- Weather – Fog: Adds fog (goes well with the Vaporwave effect in downtown at night).
Note: Visual effects are not stackable. You can only activate one at a time. In co-op, both players can each activate a different effect.
BIG CHEATING OPTIONS
These options are more likely to cause unexpected effects, so have fun! Note, however, that they can radically alter the game (like some harmless options); therefore, they disable saves and achievement progression.
- Lotto Ticket: Gives you $10,000 with one click.
- Infinite Ammo: Grants unlimited ammo reserves. You will always have to reload, but you will never run out of ammo.
- Almighty: Makes the boss invincible.
- Ultimate Boss: Raise the boss to the maximum level.
- Spinach: All attacks, weapons, and blows are powerful enough to send enemies flying. We look forward to seeing your videos with this option in action.
- Lethal Weapon: Weapons kill enemies in one hit.
- Exotic Imports: Luxury cars appear near the boss. This option takes some time to take effect.
- Big Wheels: Old Jew’s Harps (the ones you’d see getting flattened in a monster truck event) and monster trucks spawn near the boss.
- Super Saints: Increases damage dealt by Saints.
- Valet service: the vehicle defined as favorite appears in front of the boss.
- Like mass: Vehicles have infinite mass. There will be breakage. Have fun.
- Bottomless Reservoir: Infinite boost on wheeled vehicles.
- Traffic Violations: This one is more destructive than it looks…drivers don’t stop at lights and stop signs. A highway code? To do what ?
- Low Gravity: Vehicles are slightly lighter. This will make them jump higher.
- Amnesty – Police: Cancels notoriety with the police.
- Amnesty – Factions: Nullifies notoriety with factions.
- Wanted Criminal – Police: Increases notoriety with the police.
- Wanted Criminal – Factions: Increases notoriety with the faction of the district you are in.
