Salah Abdeslam: the terrorist married religiously in prison

They had also noted the desire of the prisoner to marry. Contacted by RTL, none of Salah Abdeslam’s French and Belgian lawyers wished to react to this information.

For the moment, the identity of Salah Abdeslam’s wife has not been revealed. However, RTL clarifies that it is not his previous fiancée Yasmina. For the record, the terrorist had broken with her just before the attacks of November 13, 2015. In prison, Salah Abdeslam receives many letters from radicalized young women. Among the latter, two had tried to marry her religiously, but had finally decided to back down. Targeted by another trial, the terrorist was transferred to Belgium a few months ago. He is to be tried for the attacks in Brussels in March 2016. The trial opened without the jihadist, who refused to appear.
