Salary for bankers and insurers saw one of the biggest increases in 2022

Executive salaries in 2022 are on the rise. The average reached +2.2%, according to the 20th Expectra barometer from the Randstad recruitment firm. But for white-collar workers in banking and insurance, the rise is even greater.

The Randstad Group has published its latest Expectra barometer of executive salaries. Verdict? Executive salaries have increased an average of 2.2% compared to 2021 (and 2.3% in 2020). An increase is considered timid in view of the inflationary context of recent months.
