A successful bet for Focal and its Aria 936. The loudspeaker offers a manufacturing quality and a listening experience that really lives up to what is expected of a model of this type. Apart from a slight lack of impact in the bass, we cannot objectively reproach anything else; the rest is up to your listening preferences. Special mention for the spatialization and the feeling of proximity, both remarkable.
Strong points
- Superb reproduction of stereophonic space.
- Striking feeling of closeness, especially on the voice.
- Precise and very well defined sound reproduction.
- Construction and finishes to the hair.
Weak points
- Small lack of impact in the bass.
- A V profile in the treble that will not be to everyone’s taste.
