The L20 Ultra is Dreame’s new flagship robot for 2023. It takes the functionalities of the L10S Ultra while bringing some new features, including a mop that it can move to the side to wash along the walls.

The L20 Ultra is capable of vacuuming all surfaces efficiently and, with a little time, it can also tackle stubborn stains. Its camera also allows it to avoid obstacles to explore every nook and cranny of the house, even if the new Dreame robot sometimes does a little too much, to the point of going around areas for nothing. So there is still a little work to do, but the developments are going in the right direction, as is the case for carpet management with the abandonment of mops in the station. The latter also provides many other services, but does not exempt you from regularly checking the filter of the L20 Ultra, which remains a very good 2-in-1 robot.
NB: The reported price drop is calculated by comparing the lowest price of the day with the average of the lowest prices charged by all merchants for the product last month, with security rules to exclude the prices of stores whose the VAT policy is not clear (so-called “gray” stores, typically in the case of imports from China).
As an alternative
To compete with the best devices on the market, Dreame continues to offer increasingly autonomous robot vacuum cleaners. Thanks to its highly advanced base, the L10s Ultra effectively relieves the user of most maintenance tasks related to floor care. Its navigation system is more than satisfactory and it offers very good surface coverage. Its suction performance is also very good, but it could be even better by improving the side brush. The mops have the merit of spacing out the washing sessions but they do not (yet) replace a real floor washer. In a nutshell, even if the L10s Ultra shows that all-in-one robots still have a long way to go, it is nonetheless one of the best robot vacuum cleaners in our comparison.
