Here they are at last, the real new headphones true wireless signed Apple. 3 years after the release of the AirPods, the AirPods Pro do not skimp on new features, notably bringing a revised design and active noise reduction.

Let’s be honest, we weren’t expecting Apple’s new headphones at this level. The AirPods Pro retain the legendary ease of use of the “just” AirPods (provided of course that you are already immersed in the Apple ecosystem), and add to that very impressive noise reduction – without forgetting either achieve a considerable leap in terms of sound reproduction quality. At the time of this review, they are quite simply among the very best headphones true wireless available on the market, alongside the Sony WF-1000XM3.

Strong points

• Clean, transparent and versatile sound.
• Very effective active noise reduction.
• Absolutely remarkable comfort and support.
• Extremely deep integration into the Apple ecosystem.
• Efficient and intuitive pressure controls on the stems.
• Build quality, water resistance (IPX4 certification).
• Compatible with wireless charging.
• Very good quality hands-free kit (although slightly worse than the original AirPods).

Weak points

• No volume adjustment from the headphones.
• Much less pleasant to use with non-Apple devices.

The products resulting from the partnership between Huawei and Devialet had not really wowed the crowds until now, but the bad spell finally seems to be broken with these FreeBuds Pro 2. The two companies have created excellent headphones here. true wireless equipped with sensational comfort, a superb user experience and sound reproduction at the level of the best. The performance of the hands-free kit and active noise reduction is also commendable. However, it is a shame that the latter is tarnished by random behavior when the wind blows. We also regret that the autonomy is a bit tight, especially when the noise reduction is engaged.
