In the Kärcher catalog dedicated to floor maintenance and rich in several floor cleaners, it is the FC 7 that stands out. This device has 4 rollers that respond to two rotation speeds and an automatic maintenance program.

A true model of ergonomics, the Kärcher FC 7 floor cleaner combines the good points: it is handy, light, quiet and it cleans the floor effectively without flooding it too much. The autonomy is a little at half mast, but we easily forgive this weakness as its 4 rollers fulfill their role perfectly. It is simply a great floor cleaner.

The Bissell Crosswave is connected to the mains, but it remains identical to the 2582N cordless model that we tested in detail. We therefore find a rather heavy and imposing device which mainly suffers from its lack of versatility since it is intended almost exclusively for the maintenance of hard floors. In addition, its filtration of fine dust leaves something to be desired, a real weak point for a vacuum cleaner, a function that it nevertheless fulfills. Fortunately, even if it leaves a little too much humidity for our taste after its use, it is quite comfortable cleaning the floors thanks to its large mop. Good point, its double tank system means you don’t have to wash surfaces with dirty water, a real plus.
