In accordance with regulatory obligations, only accounting data will be kept after April 27. These contain the invoices of ex-subscribers, with the email of the billed account, the contract number, the date of the invoice and the amount of the invoice. ” These data will be kept for 10 years from the date of establishment of the invoice. “says Salto.
Regarding refunds, Salto confirms that if your subscription is still active on March 27, it will be automatically terminated. Customers will be automatically reimbursed in proportion to the number of days remaining in their current month, or in the current year for the annual offer.
Subscriptions taken out by Bouygues Telecom and Amazon Prime Video are directly managed by the companies in question, and the customers concerned will be notified very soon.
