(Boursier.com) — The SAMSE group announces that it has become a 100% shareholder of the company Gémoise, a distributor of materials for Building and Public Works. Located in the Paris region and established on three sites, Gémoise achieved a turnover of nearly 29 ME in 2022.
SAMSE explains that this acquisition allows it to complete its territorial network and expand the offering of its public works/water sector with the contribution of activity linked to building hydraulics.
The SAMSE Group’s TP/WATER sector reaffirms through this acquisition the desire to develop throughout the national territory with a specialized offer for all stakeholders in the water cycle.
