With 39 employees, this company is located in the Paris region on three sites, and generated 29.4 million euros in turnover in 2022. The operation could be finalized in the next three months.
This acquisition will enable the building materials group to complete its territorial network and expand the offer of its public works/water sector with the contribution of the activity linked to the hydraulics of buildings.
