As reported by SamMobile, you can now apply to be a beta tester in this country via the Samsung Members app. To do this, click on the corresponding banner in the app and follow the instructions.
The beta version not only contains Android 13, but also a pre-release version of the new Samsung user interface OneUI 5.0. According to the first leaks, this contains a cool feature for the gallery app.
