Samsung Galaxy S23: rumor predicts fairly stable prices for the new range

Another leak a few days before the official release. Samsung’s Galaxy S23 lineup is set to launch on February 1 and there are new rumors about pricing in US stores.

(Relatively) stable prices

According to RGcloudSrelayed by TechRadar, the Galaxy S23, S23+ and S23 Ultra price list should be stable or slightly up. Thus, the Galaxy S23 with 128 GB of storage would be marketed at $799 and the 256 GB version at $849. This “classic” model should not have wifi 7 and retain the previous technology (wifi 6 and ultra-wideband).

As for the Galaxy S23 Plus, consumers across the Atlantic should expect a price of $999 for the 128GB version and $1049 with 256GB. A 512GB model could also see the light of day, but it does not is not mentioned in the latest leak. Finally, the Galaxy S23 Ultra should start at $1249 in the 256 GB version, $1349 with 512 GB and $1499 for the 1 TB version. As a reminder, the S22 Ultra was displayed from $1199 in 128 GB.

These prices would still be provisional according to the source and could be adjusted a few days before the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2023, scheduled for February 1.

Four colors offered?

Samsung unveiled the first visuals of its new smartphones last December. In terms of design, the South Korean manufacturer does not take any risks and only partially changes its recipe for success. The S23 + sports a more rounded cut and displays three photo sensors on the back. For the standard range, few or no changes to note, only the format seems more compact.

According to a leaked recent, Samsung could offer four different colors in pastel tones.
