Samsung, originator of the Dual Cook Flex dividable cavity and Dual Door hinged door, is updating its Dual Cook series of ovens. The aesthetics of the new model is in line with Korean Bespoke devices.
Is it still necessary to present the Korean Samsung Dual Cook ovens? For latecomers, the cavities of the Dual Cook built-in ovens can be divided into two smaller enclosures thanks to a divider plate that can be inserted at mid-height. Thus, two different preparations can be cooked simultaneously on the top and on the bottom. However, the temperature difference between the two zones must not exceed 80°C, which still leaves a lot of possibilities. Flagship technology of Samsung built-in ovens, it is not surprising to see the range expand year after year and welcome improvements such as the Dual Door, a hinged door at half height, which only gives access to the upper enclosure to prevent cold air from entering the lower part when it is not necessary.

To further extend the versatility of this model, Samsung has renewed the famous steam dish, inaugurated on the Dual Cook Steam NV75T9979CD. It is therefore possible to benefit from a real enclosure for healthy cooking of vegetables or fish, in addition to the steam functions which, in an oven, preserve the tenderness of the meat and facilitate the rise of the dough pieces as well as the formation of a crispy crust on bread.

As often with Samsung, connectivity to a smartphone equipped with the SmartThings application is included with its essentials: downloading of new recipes, remote configuration, notifications at key moments, online user manual, monitoring of energy consumption. electricity… Which is less common with Samsung, the Dual Cook Flex NV7B6795JAK can also be programmed by voice using a home assistant; no jealous though, this feature is available with Google Home or Amazon Alexa.
