Samsung is re-releasing its Galaxy Tab S6 Lite in a new 2024 version. The idea is clear: offer a more technically advanced reissue, while keeping the price contained.
In 2020 we tested the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, a touchscreen tablet marketed by Samsung starting at 349 euros. Two years later, the 2022 model landed on the market (sold from 449 euros). The brand seems to be attached to this model since this time it is releasing another reissue, in a slightly improved 2024 version.

What Samsung highlights is the fact that its stylus, the S Pen, is included with its “new» Galaxy tablet. What also highlights Samsung Notes, its notes application, which offers transcription or the possibility of drawing sketches. The S Pen can be recharged in contact with the tablet thanks to a magnet system (which is also used to fix it).
For the rest of the design, several colors will be available: anthracite gray, pink and green. The tablet weighs 465 grams in its Wi-Fi version and 467 for the LTE version. All in a chassis measuring 154.3 by 244.5 by 7 mm. This Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2024) is equipped with a 10.4-inch screen with 9mm thick borders. It offers a definition of 2000 by 1200 pixels (WUXGA+).
Autonomy that is intended to be there
Two storage configurations are offered: 64 or 128 GB (with 4 GB of RAM). These can be expanded by up to an additional 1TB via a microSD card. On the photo panel, there are two photo sensors: the one at the rear of 8 Mpx and the one at the front of 5 Mpx.
In terms of autonomy, Samsung indicates that we can count on 14 hours of video playback thanks to a 7040 mAh battery. In addition to that, two AKG speakers are present and offer compatibility with Dolby Atmos.

Although Samsung states in its press release that the tablet is “available today», this is not the case, at least on its online store. On the global version of this press release, we learn that it will be available for sale on March 28. We can assume that the price will be around 450 euros, as was the case for the 2022 version.
