Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked 2023 will indeed take place on February 1 in San Francisco

It didn’t take long for Samsung to confirm the date of its conference Unpacked 2023 after the leaks at the start of the week. By means of a press release, the chaebol confirms these indiscretions. The big date for this beginning of the year is therefore set for February 1st.

The invitation leaves little room for doubt and presents three large circles of light imitating the trio of photo modules found on the top of the range of the manufacturer. The press release also indicates that will be presented “the new Galaxy S series [qui] will define [sa] vision of the ultimate experience and the extraordinary”. The S23 series will therefore obviously be at the party and the emphasis will once again be placed on the photo, with the potential presentation of a 200 megapixel module and an even more pressing highlighting of the “nightography”as Samsung likes to call it.

The announcement of smartphones could be accompanied by some glimpses of the PC or tablet universe. Indeed, if the main focus will be on the new flagships, Roh Tae-Moon could take the opportunity to mention some products to be born in 2023, such as the successors to the Galaxy Tab S8 tablets.

For the first time in three years, Galaxy Unpacked will take place in person, marking the return of the conference to San Francisco and which promises to be at least as gigantic as the pre-Covid editions. You will have to connect to YouTube or the Samsung site from 7 p.m. to take advantage of all the announcements from the South Korean firm.
