The affair allegedly took place during the filming of I swear, last spring, during an evening in Metz (Moselle). After the departure of several members of the team at the stroke of midnight, 4 or 5 people remained, including the 45-year-old director and a technician, who filed a rape complaint against Samuel Theis on July 3. As the Metz public prosecutor revealed to AFP, a preliminary investigation has been opened following this accusation of rape against the actor.

According to information from our colleagues, the 27-year-old young man fell asleep, drunk, in the toilet, before the actorAnatomy of a fall does not intervene to help him lie down in a room. The latter allegedly slept in the same bed before the two men had sexual intercourse. In the early morning, they would also have had oral sex, which was confirmed by the roommates of the apartment, present at the time of the incident. Several days after this evening, while the first days had gone well between them, the young man sent a message to Samuel Theis telling him not to remembering to have given consent. “I was not in my normal state, I felt like I had been drugged”he would have declared.
Samuel Theis remains presumed innocent of the facts with which he is accused until the final judgment.
