Sanofi: Frédéric Oudéa appointed censor by the board


(CercleFinance.com) – Sanofi announces that its Board of Directors has unanimously appointed Frédéric Oudéa as censor with effect from September 2. He will step down as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Société Générale in May 2023.

His appointment as director will be submitted for approval at the next general meeting, then he will be proposed as non-executive chairman of the board of directors, succeeding Serge Weinberg whose term of office will have expired.

Frédéric Oudéa has been Chief Executive Officer of Société Générale since 2015, which he joined in 1996. Before joining the banking group, he worked for eight years in Administration, first at the Inspection des Finances, then at the Ministry of the Budget. .
