(CercleFinance.com) – Sanofi announces the appointment of Audrey Duval Derveloy, president of Sanofi France as executive vice-president, director of corporate affairs for the Sanofi group.
Audrey Duval Derveloy will become a member of the executive committee, reporting to Paul Hudson, general director, and will be based in Paris. His appointment is effective July 1, 2024.
In her new role, she will be responsible for Sanofi’s stakeholder engagement globally. She will also oversee Sanofi’s corporate social responsibility strategy, the Global Health Unit – the non-profit global health entity, and the S Foundation.
