(Boursier.com) — The Combined General Meeting of Sapmermeeting on April 17, approved the capital increases reserved for an amount of 20 million euros, including 15 ME which will be carried out on April 22, and 5 ME in the 3rd quarter of 2024.
New governance
The Combined General Meeting appointed to the positions of directors: Régis Moreau, Virginie Boireau, Salima Mall, Guillaume King-Siong, Guillaume Narayanin, Aurélien Potier. They join Dominique Audouin and Adrien de Chomereau on the board of directors.
The Combined General Meeting of April 17 also appointed Jacques de Châteauvieux as censor alongside Guy Dupont whose mandate as censor was renewed.
