2024 - Sara Mortensen: the former actress of Plus belle la vie reacts to the end of the series

After this date, the end of Plus belle la vie, whose audiences are down, is a possibility. But it is not the only one. If that’s true, it breaks my heart. Plus belle la vie is seven years of my life.Shocked, the actress added: “It’s a shock to tell me that there are so many technicians who will remain on the floor. More beautiful life, it’s a city in the city, it’s a war machine. My first reaction was therefore instinctively sadness.“

Sara Mortensen was removed from Plus belle la vie

On June 11, 2019, it was after having played Coralie Blain for seven years that Sara Mortensen learned that she was dismissed from the series. For Tele-Leisureshe then confided:I think it was very rushed, I don’t think it was done lightheartedly. But, even if there are no good ways to leave, it’s true that I couldn’t say goodbye as I would have liked. I sent an email in which I explain that, constrained and forced, but with my head held high, I was off to new adventures. I know the best is ahead of me. I am very happy to have spent these seven years at Plus belle la vie with Coralie. I would have liked to continue with her.“ Finally, the actress added: “They have plots written and want to go all the way, even if it means separating from the actress. I’m very sad about it. I want to tell the fans to welcome the new interpreter of Coralie with respect.“
