In just a few weeks, Sarah Engels will be holding her second child in her arms. The birth of their son Alessio was not without complications. One reason for Sarah to be afraid of the second birth?

The anticipation for her little daughter is huge. Sarah Engels, 29, and husband Julian Engels, 28, will soon have their first child together. Until then, the “Te Amo Mi Amor” singer is preparing for the birth, going to the hairdresser’s one last time beforehand and answering all kinds of questions to her fans about the upcoming big event.

Sarah Engels had “great respect” for birth

For example, she also reveals that she and her loved one cannot rule out a third child. “I’m quite open about that, although I think two are very suitable, but who knows what the future will bring,” she reveals and adds: “The first thing that counts is that the baby is born healthy.”

The 29-year-old does not seem to be afraid of the birth of her daughter. “At the beginning of the pregnancy I had a lot of respect for the first birth,” she explains, “but we thought about it a lot and imagined how the birth should go positively so that I feel really good and ready.” The birth of their first child, Alessio, 6, was dramatic. The son of the musician and her then-husband Pietro Lombardi, 29, was born with a heart defect and initially did not breathe.

Alessio is looking forward to his little sister

Today he is a healthy little boy who has been attending primary school this summer and is particularly looking forward to his new role as a big brother: “Everyone is very excited about it, I think! Alessio in particular asks a lot and often says proudly: ‘ Soon I’ll be a big brother! ‘”

The two do not want to reveal the name of their little ones in advance. “First of all, the baby should be born healthy, that is the most important thing,” explains Sarah.
