In December 2021, Sarah Engels became a mother for the second time. Together with husband Julian Engels and their six-year-old son Alessio, who comes from the marriage to Pietro Lombardi, the singer has been enjoying life with a family of four ever since. But as nice as the time with the children is: four months after the birth, Sarah is slowly attending more appointments again, while daughter Solea is looked after by her husband, aunt or grandma.

The way back to the public is going well, Sarah assures in an interview at a meet & greet at the Zweibrücken Fashion Outlet. “Of course I look at my cell phone more often, that’s the mom syndrome,” she says, laughing. The singer also talks about the similarity between Solea and Papa Julian, Alessio’s relationship with his little sister and critical comments about her upbringing online.
