Sarah Ferguson has spoken about how the royals are dealing with the cancer of King Charles and Catherine, Princess of Wales.

The British royals are coping with their current health crisis through family solidarity. Sarah Ferguson, 64, revealed. The ex-wife of Prince Andrew, 64, is said to continue to maintain close contact with the royal family, which has been shaken by the cancer illnesses of King Charles, 75, and Catherine, Princess of Wales, 42.

“Family cohesion is the key”

The Duchess of York told US magazine “People” on the red carpet of the amfAR gala, which takes place every year as part of the Cannes Film Festival: “I think family unity is key… I think the key to life is that we all support each other,” said the 64-year-old. “And forgiveness is also a great thing. I think you should forgive yourself and others.”

Sarah Ferguson received two cancer diagnoses

King Charles recently returned to the public eye. In February, Buckingham Palace announced that the 75-year-old had been diagnosed with cancer. His treatment is ongoing. Catherine, Princess of Wales, shared the news of her own cancer diagnosis in March. She is undergoing “preventive chemotherapy.” It is not known when she will be able to attend public events again.

Sarah Ferguson herself has also been diagnosed with cancer twice. She told “People” in Cannes: “I’m doing very well tonight. I think we’ve managed to put the cancer in the right place, rather than the cancer controlling me. I’ve pushed the cancer into a corner.”

Last year, Ferguson had to undergo surgery for breast cancer; she had undergone a mastectomy. She was later diagnosed with skin cancer, which is said to have not spread. According to “People”, her daughter, Princess Beatrice, 35, recently revealed that her mother is doing well after the horror.
