In the new year, technology retailer Media Markt is rolling out the red carpet for lots of fresh offers and a new discount campaign. You can buy numerous products at really good prices during the New Year’s sale. The products on offer include the Nintendo Switch OLED, PS5, televisions and much more. You shouldn’t miss these offers from the online shop and brochure.

With 10,000 points you will receive a shopping coupon worth 10 euros, with 25,000 euros you will receive a 25 euro coupon and for 50,000 euros you will receive a coupon for 50 euros. In addition, myMediaMarkt offers you a price promise. Have you seen your desired product cheaper elsewhere? Then you will receive a corresponding discount at your local Media Markt and can take it with you for the same price.

You can also apply to be a “test pilot” in the loyalty program. Here you have the chance to become a product tester. You test and evaluate, among other things, tablets, hi-fi systems and household appliances. The retailer is looking for new testers for a variety of products every month.

Anyone who wants to give gifts to technology fans often uses a voucher. You can buy a Media Markt gift card with different monetary values ​​both in branches and in the online shop and you can’t go wrong with it. The Media Markt voucher can be redeemed for three years after purchase – also in the branch or in the online shop.

The maximum term for installment purchases at Media Markt is 60 months. You can finance your purchases interest-free for up to 10 months. If you finance for a longer period of time, an annual interest rate of 8.49 percent will apply after the free period. Financing can be concluded both in branches and online.

The shipping costs at Media Markt depend on the product you buy. For this reason, we list the various costs below. Please note: The electronics store often gives you free shipping costs during promotions.

You can also take advantage of additional services, such as purchasing a television. A one-off charge of 30 euros is required for the connection and installation service (large electrical appliances/TV), including the removal of old devices. For the installation service (e.g. kitchen appliances) including taking old appliances with you, you pay a one-off fee of 64 euros.

Media Markt offers a whole range of payment options. In the branches you can of course pay in cash, with debit or credit card, gift card and financing. There are additional payment options in the online shop. Accepted means of payment are:

It is up to you which branch you return the item to. It doesn’t have to be the person you bought the product from.

To return purchases, you can request a return label from the electronics store. You attach this to the package and send it back free of charge. To return freight forwarded goods such as televisions or refrigerators, you must contact customer service and arrange an appointment for collection.
