Yeah, schnapps and chocolate
Liqueurs made from Nutella, Duplo and Co.

Nobody can refuse a liqueur in honor. And not this one at all. Just like grandma did with her girls. But instead of eggnog, we’re all about Nutella, Duplo, Raffaello and children’s chocolate.Liqueur. And you can easily do it yourself when the kids aren’t looking.
Nutella liqueur
You need this:
- 2 vanilla pod(s)
- 1 tbsp coffee powder, instant
- 0.7 liter rum, brown, 40%
- 400g Nutella
- 250g powdered sugar
- 400 ml whipped cream
That’s how it’s done:
- Slit the vanilla beans and scrape out the pulp.
- Dissolve coffee powder in 1 tablespoon of hot water, mix with rum, vanilla pulp, Nutella and powdered sugar, preferably in a blender or carefully with a hand mixer
- Chill overnight
- The next day, whip the cream until semi-stiff and stir in
- Pour into bottles, close tightly and refrigerate.
Duplo liqueur
You need this:
- 6 pieces of Duplo bars
- 50g sugar
- 350g milk
- 150 g cream
- 140 g vodka
That’s how it’s done:
- Finely chop the Duplo bars in a blender or with a rolling pin.
- Then add sugar and 200 g milk and cook for 5 minutes.
- Now add the remaining milk (150 g), cream and vodka and bring to the boil for another 3 minutes.
- Fill and let cool slightly.
- Put it in the fridge.
Toffifee liqueur
You need this:
- 100g sugar
- 1 egg
- 200 ml milk
- 200 g cream
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 15 pcs. Toffifee
- 200 ml vodka
That’s how it’s done:
- Mix the sugar and egg and heat in a small saucepan, stirring, until the sugar has dissolved.
- Add milk, cream, vanilla paste and toffee.
- Simmer while stirring until the toffees have dissolved (approx. 20 minutes).
- Puree everything.
- Add vodka.
- Run the liqueur through a sieve and pour into bottles.
Mozartkugel liqueur
You need this:
- 100 g Mozartkugeln
- 90g sugar
- 1 egg
- 300g milk
- 200 g cream
- 150 g vodka
That’s how it’s done:
- Finely chop the Mozart balls with the sugar in the mixer.
- Add egg, cream and milk and heat for 5 minutes.
- Add vodka and heat for 4 minutes
- Then fill it into a screw-top bottle.
Raffaello liqueur
You need this:
- 15 Raffaello tickets
- 300 ml milk
- 80g sugar
- 200 g cream
- 100 ml vodka
That’s how it’s done:
- Place Raffaello with milk and sugar in a bowl and chop with a hand blender.
- Pour liquid through a sieve.
Now add cream and vodka and stir briefly.
Filling, done!
Children’s chocolate liqueur
You need this:
- 200 g chocolate (children’s bar)
- 300 ml milk
- 200 ml cream
- 50g sugar
- 150 ml vodka, or Baccardi
That’s how it’s done:
- Put the milk and cream in a saucepan.
- Divide the children’s bars and add them.
- Add sugar too.
- Now melt the children’s chocolate, but do not bring it to the boil.
- Finally add the vodka or Baccardi.
- Pour into bottles and let cool.
