Schneider Electric: increased results in 2022 – 02/16/2023 at 08:00


(CercleFinance.com) – Schneider Electric published adjusted net income of four billion euros last year, up 16%, as well as adjusted EBITA of six billion, up 14% organically, i.e. margin of 17.6%, organic growth of 40 basis points (bp).

Its turnover increased by 18% in reported data to 34 billion euros in 2022, including organic growth of 12% in which its two energy management divisions contributed in a balanced way (+13% ) and industrial automation (+10%).

Backed by a program of disposals completed for a total of 1.7 billion euros in turnover and the achievement of one billion in structural savings (2020-22), Schneider will propose a progressive dividend of 3, 15 euros per share, up 9%.

For 2023, it targets organic adjusted EBITA growth of between +12 and +16%, based on organic revenue growth of between +9 and +11% and an organic increase in adjusted EBITA margin of between +50 and +80 bp.
