(AOF) – Schneider Electric SE announces the implementation of a new capital increase reserved for employees as part of its employee savings plans. This operation, which is part of the group’s employee shareholding development policy, will cover 45 countries, including France, or around 90% of employees. The subscription period should take place from April 19 to May 13, 2024 inclusive.
