(Boursier.com) — By mail received on October 16 by the AMF, Massachusetts Financial Services (MFS) Company, a company under American law controlled by Sun Life Financial and acting on behalf of clients and funds for which it manages, declared, by way of regularization, to have crossed downward, on October 6, 2023, the threshold of 5% of the voting rights of Schneider Electric, and hold, on this date, on behalf of clients and funds, 29,890,919 Schneider shares, or 5.22% of the capital and 4.99% of the voting rights. This threshold crossing results from a sale of Schneider shares on the market. The declarant specified that it held, as of October 13, on behalf of clients and funds, 29,888,453 Schneider shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 5.22% of the capital and 4.99% of the voting rights.
