SCI Silver Avenir joins the Arkéa REIM product range, which expands its management team

(Boursier.com) — After recruiting its management team last summer, then obtaining AMF approval in March, Arkéa REIM – a company affiliated with Arkéa Investment Services – is gradually unveiling its range of products and welcoming 4 new collaborators.

SCI Silver Avenir, previously managed by Federal Finance Gestion, another management company affiliated with Arkéa Investment Services, becomes the first product in the Arkéa REIM real estate range. This transfer has no impact for the partners of the SCI or for the holders of the life insurance unit-linked account. Arkéa REIM will unveil the second product in its range in May, an SCI aimed at supporting real estate transitions in the territories.

To respond to the ambitious development of Arkéa REIM, the company is expanding its teams, particularly those in charge of fund management. Thus, Cécile Bouzoulouk fund manager, Benoît Fréret, real estate manager, Justine Bellet, analyst and Ludovic Martin, risk and modeling manager, join the Arkéa REIM team to continue the management of SCI Silver Avenir and support the strong development of Arkéa REIM’s real estate offer.
A graduate of Sciences Po Paris and a Masters in Wealth and Real Estate Management, Cécile Bouzoulouk, 56, has more than 30 years of experience in the field of financial markets and real estate, notably within Goldman Sachs. and Virage Viager, a company specializing in life annuity.
With a Master’s degree in Finance, Benoît Fréret, aged 34, has more than 7 years of experience in the control and management of real estate funds, particularly within Primonial and Atream, real estate management companies.

“The arrival of these four employees reinforces the development of SCI Silver Avenir. The unit of account, launched just under two years ago, has already met with great success with savers, offering them the possibility of combining diversification of their investments and support for societal transition, through the financing of home care for seniors. This is also a success on the investment side, since the team has invested more than 75 million euros in life annuities in first quarter” says Yann Videcoq, CEO of Arkéa REIM.
