By age 29, the average penis size can gain a few centimeters. The magazine SHE reveals that over the past 29 years, the size of the penis would have increased by 24%. We also learn that this is not necessarily good news. THE World Journal of Men’s HealthQuoted by SHEpublished the amazing results of a study spanning between 1942 and 2021on February 18, 2023. The study was carried out on 55,000 men between the ages of 18 and 86 who were measured flaccid and erect penis. The study reveals that it was from the year 1992 that researchers began to observe an increase in the average size of the penis.
From 1992 to 2021, the average erect penis size is increased from 12.27 cm to 15.23 cm. According to the study of these researchers, the increase in penis size was noticed in all participants without distinction of geographical areas. The professor of urology Stanford Medicine Michael Eisenberg advances theories on the probable causes of this gain of a few centimeters. According to the professor, who is also the lead author of the study, this increase may be the result of environmental changessedentary lifestyle, food and pollution.
Penis enlargement: a not so reassuring result
“There could be a number of factors come into playsuch as exposure to chemicals like pesticides or personal care products that interact with our hormonal systems“, he explained.
