Scor: Amundi falls below 5% of the capital – 03/20/2023 at 14:34


(CercleFinance.com) – Amundi, acting on behalf of the funds it manages, declared to the AMF that it crossed downwards, on March 15, the thresholds of 5% of Scor’s capital and voting rights, the result of a sale of shares on the market.

The asset management company, a subsidiary of the Crédit Agricole group, stated that it held 8,313,409 Scor shares representing as many voting rights, or 4.63% of the capital and voting rights of this reinsurance company.
