The Scorpions will go on a big North American tour from August 2022. They get support from the rock bands Whitesnake and Thundermother.

The Scorpions have announced a tour of North America. The German rock band from Hanover will be stopping in 24 cities on their “Rock Believer World Tour” from August 2022. It starts in Toronto, Canada, on August 21, followed by performances in Montreal, Dallas, San Diego and Los Angeles, among others. Closing is scheduled for October 21 in Las Vegas. As an announcement video reveals, they get special support at their concerts.

The clip not only shows scorpions in a desert landscape, but also a snake. The voiceover announces that the British rock band Whitesnake, led by bandleader David Coverdale (70), will be on board, and their hit “Here I Go Again” will be heard. In addition, the Swedish band Thundermother will be part of the party.

Then the Scorpions come to Germany

“After the great start we had with our residency in Las Vegas, it’s time to come back for a real tour to rock the USA like a ‘Hurricane’ again,” explains frontman Klaus Meine (73) in allusion to the band’s hit “Rock You Like a Hurricane”. The band began their “Rock Believer” tour with a few shows in Las Vegas in March 2022, and they are currently on stage for European dates in France and Italy, among others. Tickets for the newly announced concerts go on sale on Friday, May 13th.

In May and June 2023, the German fans should also have the pleasure. Appearances in six German cities have been announced: Dortmund, Mannheim, Hanover, Stuttgart, Berlin and Munich.
