(Boursier.com) — Guide savers towards the most efficient and secure stone-paper products: such is the ambition of the SCPI Grands Prix, awarded each year by the magazine Mieux Vivre Votre Argent.
26 SCPIs rewarded during the ceremony
For this 2024 edition, the awards ceremony took place on Wednesday June 19 at the premises of the Les Echos-Le Parisien group, in the presence of around thirty representatives of distinguished management companies and François Monnier, editorial director. Twenty-six SCPIs received a diploma, as part of nine separate podiums. Ten of them climbed to the highest step, including two tied.
General podiums: Corum and Sogénial stand out
Like last year, the management companies Sogénial Immobilier and Corum AM monopolized the transversal Grands Prix: the SCPI Coeur de Régions took first place in the Financial Performance prize, and Corum Eurion climbed to the top of the podium in Financial Solidity, tied with Coeur d’Europe. For the Sustainability Grand Prix, Iroko Zen (Iroko) took first place.
Podiums by category: gems galore!
Within the Grands Prix specific to each type of asset, well-established SCPIs rub shoulders with others that are much less well-known. In the first category are Corum Origin (Best diversified SCPI) as well as Epargne Pierre from Atland Voisin (Best office SCPI. Without forgetting Cristal Rente from Inter Gestion (Best retail SCPI) and Pierval Santé from Euryale AM (Best SCPI Health and Education). Among the gems to discover are Log In (Theoreim), which won the prize in the Logistics category, and Logipierre 3 (Fiducial Gérance), which won the prize for Best SCPI Residential and Hospitality.
