The first relocation operation concerns a business located in the 17th arrondissement of Paris at 80 rue de Prony. This 44m2 commercial space was re-let during the quarter to a company operating in the fast food sector, and enabled a significant rent increase of +24.7%.
The two other relocation operations concern 2 businesses, of 74m2 and 177m2, located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris at 93 rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré. These two spaces were re-let to a prestigious art gallery and a luxury real estate agency, allowing a rent increase of +11.1% and +6.8% respectively.
