Another 120 people make serious allegations

The Sean “Diddy” Combs case may be even bigger than expected: A law firm represents 120 other forced victims.

New allegations against rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs (54) of sexual assault and sexual abuse: A law firm in Houston, Texas, announced at a press conference that it represents 120 people – including 25 minors. The youngest alleged victim is a nine-year-old boy.

Abused at the audition?

Houston-based attorney Tony Buzbee held a press conference on Tuesday, October 1, in which he accused Combs of sexually abusing multiple minors. Buzbee claimed a nine-year-old boy was sexually abused after auditioning at the Bad Boy Records studio in New York City. “Other boys were there for the audition too,” Buzbee said, like uAmong other things, “People” reported. “Everyone wanted to get a record deal. Everyone was underage. This one [9-Jährige] was allegedly sexually abused by Sean Combs and several other people in the studio who had promised his parents and himself a record deal.”

On Tuesday, Buzbee said his law firm, along with AVA Law Group, had been hired by at least 120 people to file civil lawsuits against Combs. According to NBC News the lawyer plans to file the lawsuits in the various states within the next 30 days.

The alleged victims are “evenly men and women.” Buzbee said more than half have filed reports either with authorities or with hospitals. The alleged victims said they were abused between 1991 and 2024 at Diddy’s parties, including album release and New Year’s Eve celebrations, but also at “All White Parties,” “Puppy Parties” and sometimes at auditions – which were allegedly held in Los Angeles Angeles, Miami, Manhattan and the Hamptons.

Buzbee claimed that many of the alleged victims were drug tested after the incident and found to have the drug xylazine, a horse tranquilizer, in their systems.

Rapper denies all allegations

Combs’ lawyer Erica Wolff wrote in a statement to People about a “ruthless media circus.” Your client cannot respond to every “unfounded accusation.” However, he “strongly and categorically rejects any allegation that he sexually abused anyone, including minors, as it is false and defamatory.” He looks forward to proving his innocence in court.

The musician has been in custody for around two weeks. He is accused of, among other things, sex trafficking, organized crime and other crimes. Combs pleaded not guilty but was denied bail twice by the court. There are also several civil lawsuits alleging sexual abuse.
